設備特點：

1、真空上料機便于裝卸、易于清潔、低噪音、無塵輸送；
2、電腦包裝秤存料斗設有料位檢測，存料不足時停止稱量，以擁有精度。電腦雙顯示窗口，既可顯示“瞬時稱重重量”，有客同時顯示“累計總重量”和 “包裝次數”。儀表配備RS232/RS422/RS485通訊口和打印輸出口，數據掉電保護。配備多處吸塵口與現場風網連接，可大大降低粉塵。
3、立式外抽式真空機即可延長物品的保質期，又可盡量避免裝卸過程中的散包、破包現象。
4、金屬檢測儀、電子動態復檢秤的應用，可以達到對自動化生產包裝線在線物品的動態監管，效率提高及產品入庫的準確、安全。

2、Storage bin od computerized packing scale is fitted with the level detector. The detector stops the weighing process to guarantee the precision when materials in the bin are in sufficient. The double-screen display can show the real-time weight and accumulated weight as well as number of packing. The instrument has RS232/RS422/RS485 communication port, printing port and data protection against power failure. Several dust suction inlets connecting to the local wind net can reduce the dust considerably.
3、Standing outside-pumping vacuum sealer can not only extend the shelf life of goods but also prevent bags from opening or breaking during the loading/unloading process.
4、Metal detector and electronic dynamic reexamination scale can monitor goods on the automatic packing line, improve the efficiency and guarantee the correct and safe warehousing of products.
